Shipping Costs
Global Teas, LLC uses both the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS for all United States domestic orders.  We do not ship internationally.  The shipping charges for each order are calculated based on the shipping address, total weight of order, and current USPS and UPS rates.  We do not offer refunds on shipping for delayed or stolen packages.

Shipping Terms
All in-stock orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days but may be longer during the holidays or depending on our proximity to Canton, OH or where the product is shipped from.  Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday at the earliest.  In the event that an item is unavailable, it will be noted on the website or we will contact you via your phone number or email address provided with your order.  

We do not offer local pick-up since we are an online store only.
