Our Coffee Beans:  Our coffee supplier custom roasts our 100% Organic and Fair Trade Coffee in small batches to assure you receive the best and freshest tasting coffee.  To maximize freshness and taste, we recommend that you grind your beans when you make your coffee and finish each bag within 2 weeks.  If you do not intend to finish your bag of coffee beans within 2 weeks, you can extend your coffee’s freshness through refrigeration.  This coffee contains caffeine.

Flavor Profile:  A perfect well-balanced medium roast blend coffee and aroma with a soothing medium body mouthfeel, a touch of pleasant bright acidity.  We then add a twist of chocolate, peppermint, spearmint and vanilla, to infuse a perfect chocolate mint taste, when you seek something a little different to fulfill your craving during the winter months.  There is a clean finish, no bitterness, and no lingering aftertaste, allowing you to experience a complexity of flavors making this an enjoyable choice winter blend by yourself, your family, or with a gathering of friends!  You won’t want to miss out on this seasonally offered blend.  This blend only comes as ground coffee.  No artificial flavors or preservatives.

French Press Brewing Instructions:  15 g to 30 g depending on your taste if using milk or creamer for every 8 oz. of boiling water.  Let steep 4 minutes and enjoy.  For maximum freshness, always grind your coffee beans right before you brew.
