Our Coffee Beans:  Our coffee supplier custom roasts 100% Organic and Fair Trade Coffee in small batches to assure you receive the best and freshest tasting coffee. 

This coffee is decaffeinated.  The decaffeination process uses purified mountain water free of any chemical intervention. A recent laboratory test by our supplier showed 0 milligrams caffeine per 8 oz cup which is hard to come by since most decaf coffees typically have 2 mg caffeine.  No artificial flavors or preservatives.  

Use and Storage:  To maximize freshness and taste, we recommend that you grind your beans when you make your coffee and finish each bag within 2 weeks.  If you do not intend to finish your bag of coffee beans within 2 weeks, can extend your coffee’s freshness through refrigeration.

French Press Brewing Instructions:  15 g to 30 g depending on your taste if using milk or creamer for every 8 oz. of boiling water.  Let steep 4 minutes and enjoy.  For maximum freshness, always grind your coffee beans right before you brew.
